Tax Intern
Get hands on experience preparing individual tax returns while learning directly from Founder and Principal Daniel Rohr.
Staff Accountant
Build your tax expertise by completing returns from start to finish, taking on increasingly complex work, and growing your technical skills.
Tax Manager
Step into a leadership role managing complex tax work, guiding the team, and becoming a trusted resource for our clients.

We hire for judgment and curiosity as much as credentials. The best people on our team ask "why" a lot and do not mind being told when they are wrong.
You will do well here if you
- Enjoy the technical work but see it as a means to a client outcome
- Communicate clearly in writing; a lot of client work is written
- Are comfortable saying "I do not know, let me find out"
- Want to grow into a real advisor role, not just a preparer
- Care about accuracy and defensibility as much as speed

- Prefer being handed a queue and working through it in isolation

When a seat does open, it will be listed here. Until then, the career paths above are still real. We keep a short list of people we would love to talk to when the timing is right, and more than one hire has come from a note sent long before a posting existed.
